HOW DO I MOUNT THE NEW VALVE
If there is corrosion at the valve opening of the sealing points on the rim flange or if other damage exists, the rim must be repaired or replaced professionally.
We advise against further assembly for safety reasons.
After the old tire valve has been correctly removed, thoroughly clean the installation site from dust and dirt and clean it accordingly.
Check if the tire valve fits the rim or valve hole.
Lubricate - coat tire valve with assembly paste or similar suitable lubricants prior to installation.
Push the valve by hand into the valve opening with little effort and carefully assemble it with the retracting lever.
Be sure to retract without angular misalignment, with axial direction to the rim hole and not jammed.
Oblique pulling in significantly increases the stress and thus the risk of injury to the valve.
Make sure the valve seat in the rim is correct! In some cases, with unfavorable rim geometry, it may be necessary to achieve a correct valve seat by turning it slightly.
