Mushroom nail patch

1. Find tire wounds and mark the wound site inside and out

2. Remove the foreign body from the wound

3. Check the angle and size of the wound from the inside to the outside of the tire

4. Use detergent to spray the wound, and use the scale tool to scrape the scale, at least 2 times

5. With the wound as the center, draw the grinding range. The range is about 10mm larger than the diameter of the overall plug crown

6. Use a low-speed air drill and a carbide drill bit to cut the damaged steel wire clockwise from the inside to the outside along the wound damage angle, from the outside to the inside.

7. Use a low-speed sander with a wire brush to clean the sanding area

8. Use a vacuum cleaner, rubber shavings and steel wool

9. Using the screw applicator, apply the normal temperature vulcanizing agent to the inside of the wound in a clockwise direction

10. Coat the sanded area with room temperature vulcanizing agent

11. Remove the blue film on the hard part and the crown of the whole plug and stick it back on the crown of the whole plug

12. Apply the room temperature vulcanizing agent to the entire black rubber part

13. Insert the whole block infarct into the wound

14. Use pliers to clamp the whole plug infarction that goes out of the wound, and pull it hard until the whole plug crown is close to the inside of the tire

15. Use compaction rollers to compact from the center outwards

16. Using sealant, apply it to the edge of the whole plug and the sanded area

17. At 2-3mm from the crown, remove the excess whole infarct

18. Done
