What is the function of the balance weight?

1. Keep the wheels in dynamic balance under high-speed rotation;

4. Reduce the wear of parts and components caused by unbalanced wheels when the vehicle is running. 

Balance block, also known as tire balance block, is a counterweight component installed on the wheel, which reduces the vibration amplitude of the wheel when it rotates at high speed by narrowing the mass gap between tires. The installation method of the balance weight is determined according to the material of the wheel hub, which are as follows: 

1. The steel wheel hub can be knocked directly with the balance weight; 

2. Aluminum alloy wheels need to be bonded with double-sided adhesive.
